Role

The role will report into the Head of Supply Network Design. The Project manager leads with a team of Network Modelling Specialists who with their technical expertise support E2E Modelling and insight generation. This role heavily relies on collaboration with other functions and markets to ensure alignment and integration of the supply network design with the business objectives and strategy., The Network Design Project Lead is responsible to manage multiple supply network design projects within the Supply Agility Programme, a company-wide initiative to enhance the agility, resilience, efficiency and sustainability of our supply chain network around the world. They will be responsible for designing the optimal supply chain network for the company, considering factors such as customer demand, growth, production capacity, inventory levels, transportation costs, service levels, Resiliency and sustainability metrics.

  • Manage and coordinate supply network design projects, ensuring prioritisation and timely high-quality delivery, aligned to the agreed project scope.
  • Analyse the current state of the supply chain network, identify gaps and opportunities, and propose solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability.
  • Support in developing and maintaining supply network models and scenarios, using data-driven and analytical methods, to support decision making and scenario planning.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Network Design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Document and present the outcome of Supply Network Design studies to senior stakeholders in the business including the GSCO, CFO and CEO.
  • Support with Scenario simulation of the LTSP process for Supply Chain & Procurement globally
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including senior management, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Develop and implement project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
