Domestic Abuse Education Lead

Are you passionate about supporting children affected by domestic abuse and driving real change within education settings?, * Oversee the delivery of Operation Encompass, ensuring timely and effective communication with education settings

• Provide advice, support, and training on domestic abuse, including MARAC processes, to schools and other educational providers
• Develop safeguarding processes for vulnerable children, including those in temporary accommodation or refuge
• Coordinate and evaluate domestic abuse programmes for families, in partnership with Early Help and other services
• Work collaboratively with police and safeguarding teams to enhance education settings' response to domestic abuse
• Represent education settings at steering groups and contribute to wider domestic abuse strategies and awareness campaigns
• Support quality assurance activities, contribute to case management discussions, and promote best practice across the service
