Retrofit Coordinator – Energy Efficiency & Sustainability

Are you passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency, and retrofit coordination? Do you have a keen eye for detail and experience in managing complex retrofit projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retrofit company working on large-scale energy-efficient housing projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Retrofit Coordinator to help drive sustainable housing initiatives and support the transition to net-zero homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full delivery of the PAS2035 process, ensuring compliance with retrofit best practices

  • Manage multiple retrofit coordination schemes, including SHDF, LAD, and ECO funding projects

  • Provide accurate energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP calculations

  • Handle the PAS2035 lodgement process on TrustMark

  • Ensure compliance with retrofit assessment and retrofit project management standards

  • Work closely with retrofit assessors, retrofit designers, and retrofit contractors to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Stay updated on the latest retrofit funding opportunities and government grants for energy efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator

  • Certified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor

  • Previous experience in retrofit coordination jobs, overseeing home energy efficiency projects

  • Knowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 regulations

  • Familiarity with retrofit funding schemes and grant applications

  • Strong understanding of low-carbon technologies, heat pumps, and solar PV installation

  • Management experience (desirable)

  • Full UK driving license
