We're looking for an FTC Administrator (14 Months) to join our Bournemouth Library PFI team based in Surrey.

 

Location: Farnham Hospital & Local Care Centre, Surrey

Hours: 24 hours per week – Monday to Friday - some flexibility on shift times available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

 

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Bournemouth Library PFI Team, supporting them in providing a comphrehensive and flexible contract administration service to the Business.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing the Work In Progress financial trackers
  • Supporting the Contract Manager and the team to ensure cashflow is maximised and debt minimised
  • Generate contract KPI reports from information supplied by supervisors and managers.

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Administrator is great for you if:

  • Have previous experience working within the PFI Industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Can perform general administration duties
  • Have held a similar role for at least two years
