Planit is a highly configurable and complete solution for capturing, consolidating, and reporting on local media activity across various markets. Once the data is entered, it is then aggregated, validated and available via a suite of custom and ad-hoc reporting tools., The Senior Manager, (Data Operations) is a technical role that focuses on deploying Planit, OMG's media planning platform, and ensuring its successful implementation and customization across OMG UK accounts. This role involves translating account needs into technical specifications, managing resource allocation, prioritizing projects, and effectively communicating with stakeholders and senior management. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic problem solver eager to delve into the technical media landscape and contribute to some of the UK's most significant accounts., * Implement Planit and its core components for UK clients, ensuring comprehensive documentation management, including account delivery and process tracking.
- Collaborate with teams, including analysts and data scientists, to achieve business goals and continuously improve Planit processes.
- Manage the Planit team to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately meeting business objectives.
- Deliver clear and concise presentations, both written and verbal, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Scope projects, define technical requirements, and propose proactive and thoughtful solutions to meet account needs and Planit system requirements.
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with platform users, ensuring their needs are met and promoting user satisfaction.
- Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for new enhancements, ensuring all features meet the required standards before release.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and provide additional training as needed to ensure users are well-equipped to utilize Planit effectively.
- Address and resolve escalated support issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Generate comprehensive reports using Planit's suite of custom and ad-hoc reporting tools and Excel, ensuring data quality and accuracy through thorough quality assurance tasks., First Name * Last Name * Email * Phone *
