Cleaner - Multi Skilled Operative

We are looking for a Support Team Operative to provide excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic tasks for a Mitie customer. The role holder will be responsible for assisting with maintaining the waste & recycling operation by collecting & disposing of waste from around the factory.

In your new role, you will ensure there is an adequate supply of bins to support the different Business units on site. Other duties include washing of totes, tanks and feed bins as required and the collection of re-cycled waste from around a busy food manufacturing plant using pump trucks / manual & powered.

We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to ensure that the highest standards of visual and microbiological hygiene are always maintained across all areas of the site. You will also need to liaise closely with other Mitie colleagues as well as client Team Leaders. You will be required to operate the feed hopper whilst maintaining a clean, and safe working area.

Previous FLT experience is desirable but not compulsory as full training will be provided.
