On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a Service Transition Manager for a 24 month contract based Hybrid in Bristol.

As a Service Transition Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
* Develop and implement IT services migration strategies and plans to address the IT services transfer and business change requirements.
* Coordinate and manage services transition resources and activities.
* Ensure business and services readiness compliant with acceptance criteria.

Essential:
* Strong understanding of IT end user, end user compute, infrastructure, applications and systems migration strategies and principles.
* Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles.
* Experience with ITIL framework and service transition processes.
