Communications & Change Advisor

In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring employees understand, embrace, and adopt change effectively. As part of our Project Enterprise team, you'll develop clear, impactful communication strategies, support change management initiatives, and work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and employees to engage. • Develop and implement communication strategies to support change initiatives, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with business goals.
• Create and deliver engaging content across multiple channels, including emails, newsletters, presentations, intranet updates, and town halls.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and employees, to ensure smooth adoption of change initiatives.
• Provide change management guidance, guiding teams through transitions using industry-recognised frameworks like Prosci and ADKAR.
• Monitor and assess change readiness, identifying risks and resistance points while developing plans to address them.
• Support training and engagement activities, ensuring employees understand the impact of changes and are equipped to adopt new ways of working.
• Gather and analyse feedback to measure the effectiveness of communication and change efforts, making data-driven improvements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, refining communication and change management approaches to enhance future initiatives., Hybrid, a mix of office and homeworking. This role will be based at our Peterborough offices on the Lynchwood Business Park. The office has recently been renovated and along with a modern work environment has great public transport links, free onsite parking, free drink facilities, free lunch option each day and a great team culture. This role will require periods of travel both within the UK and Europe.
