Join a dynamic energy provider dedicated to sustainable solutions in the UK. We seek enthusiastic and innovative Product Manager at mid to senior level who will be solution-oriented and highly visible within the team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional products that meet the evolving needs of the growing customer base and diverse offerings. You will collaborate closely with technology teams, leveraging your creativity to tackle complex challenges and drive innovation through seamless teamwork.

Initially it will be a six-month contract but there is potential for it to be extended. The role is Hybrid, with one day a week being based in their London office. It is a full-time role, 40 hours per week.

Accountabilities:
* Align and focus your team's efforts on addressing critical challenges and capitalizing on key opportunities within the product landscape.
* Develop a deep market understanding, gaining insights into user needs, behaviours, and the full spectrum of your product offerings.
* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to execution and delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration across roles.
* Leverage data-driven decision-making to refine strategies, optimize product performance, and enhance user satisfaction.
* Champion your product vision, advocating for your team and initiatives to inspire and engage both internal and external stakeholders.
* Adopt an iterative, experiment-driven approach to product development, fostering agility, rapid learning, and alignment with user and business needs.
* Engage actively in the Product Community, sharing knowledge, learning from peers, and contributing to the evolution of product management best practices.

Knowledge and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
* Extensive experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on agile delivery methodologies.
* Demonstrated expertise in user research, discovery techniques, and close collaboration with technical teams.
* In-depth knowledge of emerging technology trends and their practical application in product development.
* Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
