Careers Operations Group Manager

A key responsibility of this role is to participate in cross partner forums and facilitate collaborative decision making via effective cross partner negotiations, ensuring Cambridge interests and regulatory requirements are represented in the delivery of IELTS tests.

The role requires the ability to engage and build excellent relationships with internal senior stakeholders across the business, as well as external stakeholders, including IELTS delivery partners.

What you'll be doing:

• You will be responsible for ensuring that the IELTS Delivery team have the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver suit of existing tests in accordance with agreed IELTS standards.
• You will build SME capabilities on new systems and delivery processes and introduce strategic improvements where required in order to continue to deliver tests effectively.
• You are expected to work with IELTS partners to devise and operationalise new processes and delivery methods required to deliver new products. You'll also ensure that parallel delivery of IELTS products in legacy and new systems can operate without undue risk and any risk is mitigated against.
• You will also be responsible for managing a comprehensive IELTS Delivery risk management process, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and risks are identified, assessed, recorded, reported, and mitigated against in line with regulations and business requirements
