Are you an experienced engineer looking to lead technical development on cutting-edge subsea systems? Join our world-class Custom Projects Delivery Team and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering bespoke subsea solutions for global markets, including Energy, Ocean Science, Defence, and Offshore Renewables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development of custom subsea systems, working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Gather, document, and review customer requirements to define system architectures and propose innovative solutions.
- Develop and verify system designs through planning, prototyping, testing, validation, and integration.
- Ensure technical compliance with customer standards and company processes.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues from module to system level.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals.
- Manage risks, escalate issues as needed, and provide regular project progress updates.
- Represent the company as a technical authority, engaging with customers and providing training/support.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and project team members.
