Shift Manager

We're now looking to recruit a Shift Manager to join our brilliant Logistics Team on a permanent basis.

As the Logistics Shift Manager, your primary focus is on achieving optimum efficiency performance by leading and motivating a shift team. You will act as a change agent, guiding the team through continuous improvement and business transformation while effectively managing internal and external stakeholders.

Your role also involves implementing and enhancing programs, policies, and procedures within your area of accountability. Additionally, you will have operational responsibility for site logistics and distribution touchpoints to ensure a high level of customer service aligned with departmental, site, and business goals., * Coach team members to enhance performance and skills.

• Manage and lead World Class Standards & Process.
• Build effective partnerships across the brewery, supply chain and contractors to ensure results are communicated and targets are agreed and recorded.
• Responsible for audit performance and meeting regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Maintain SOP's and ensure team are properly trained and qualified.
