Test Manager
6-month initial contract
£600/£650 per day Inside IR35
London - 3 days a week
Sanderson recruitment has currently partnered with a Private Bank who require a hands on Test Manager for a digital transformation of online banking payment systems, in a demanding and fast-moving IT function. Candidates will only be considered for this role with experience in the banking or wealth management industry, Azure DevOPs (ADO) and experience with digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of mission-critical, integrated Core Banking and CRM systems.
- Experience of API testing using Postman scripts, including the understanding of Test Automation concepts, and data-driven Test Automation.
- Full life-cycle experience of Azure DevOps - Boards, Dashboards, Queries & particularly the Test Plan module, with experience in producing Test metrics and defect MI from Azure DevOps dashboards
- Experienced, strong, confident yet collaborative stakeholder management (Director and C-level)
- Experience of Wealth Management, Private Banking & Commercial Banking
- Matrix management experience with the ability to seek and obtain committed resourcing in a timely manner
- Detailed knowledge and experience of testing approaches and test execution within a project environment. Expert knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles
