£48,000 - £67,000

An award-winning, independent accounting and business advisers is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to work with other managers and directors to lead the service line and deliver corporate tax support to clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Write technical reports of findings for Research and Development tax credits, capital allowances, share schemes, due diligence and corporate restructuring.
• Review reports prepared by other team members, providing timely feedback on their work.
• Ensure invoices are raised in a timely manner.
• Oversee and develop team members by setting objectives and conducting performance reviews. 
• Act as the primary contact for clients on a daily basis, identifying problems and providing solutions.
• Ensure Client Relationship Managers are well informed and receive regular updates on project progress.

Personal Requirements

• CTA/ AAT/ ACA/ ACCA qualified.
• Minimum of two years post-qualification experience in practice.
• Experience in capital gains, allowances, income tax, tax advisory, corporate tax, international tax, budget management, certified public accounting and incorporation work.
