? Pay Rate: £40.43 per hour

Central Bedfordshire is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join our Family Support East Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with vulnerable children and families to deliver high-quality social work and support.

Role Overview:
As a Qualified Social Worker in the Family Support East Team, your responsibilities will include: ? Assessing and managing cases involving children in need, child protection concerns, and family support.
? Working with families to identify needs and provide support plans that aim to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
? Collaborating with other agencies and professionals to ensure that families receive the necessary support services.
? Providing advice, guidance, and intervention to families facing complex challenges.
? Ensuring compliance with relevant child protection procedures, safeguarding policies, and legal frameworks.

About You:
? Qualified Social Worker with a proven background in Childrens Services.
? Experience in Family Support, Child Protection, or Children in Need work.
? Excellent skills in case management, assessment, and intervention.
? Strong communication and relationship-building skills with families and professionals.
? Ability to manage complex caseloads and work within tight deadlines.
