The Assurance Lead is a crucial position in our Business Assurance and Risk team, auditing various parts of the business and operations (UK only), harnessing a deep understanding of business strategy, control frameworks and risk.
About the role:
We’re looking for an Quantity Surveyor who is based in the Midlands / Cotswolds to support our team on a hybrid basis working from home and to be regularly onsite at our Wormington site.
You'll play an essential role in delivering the commercial and contract Management of a multi-million pound project.
You will be pivotal in ensuring cost control, analysis, and efficient project execution.
What you will bring:
- 5-7 years experience
- NEC 4 Contract Experience in option A, C & E
- Experience of working on Major Construction Projects
- Skilled in cost analysis and committed to cost control throughout the project life cycle.
- Proactive approach to your work
- Assertive in discussions
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong Communicator
- Experience of working
- Full driving Licence
