Role Overview:
As a Social Worker in the Referral & Assessment Team, you will:
? Work closely with families and partner agencies to assess support needs.
? Apply relationship-based practice to ensure meaningful interventions.
? Conduct assessments and referrals efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
? Ensure all work aligns with children's legislation and safeguarding thresholds.
? Maintain accurate and high-quality records.

About You:
? Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children's services.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting.
? Excellent case recording and assessment skills.
? Knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding thresholds.
