? Hiring: Qualified Social Worker - Front Door Team ?
? Location: 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, Barnet NW9 4EW
? Pay Rate: £32 per hour
Are you an experienced and dedicated Social Worker looking for a dynamic role in Adult Social Care? Join our Social Care Direct (Front Door Team) and be the first point of contact for individuals needing social care support.
Role Overview:
As a Social Worker in the Front Door Team, you will:
? Assess and review care and support needs.
? Provide information, advice, and care to adults with support needs, promoting independence.
? Deliver high-quality social work in line with legal duties, policies, and best practices.
? Complete complex assessments (Care Needs, Risk, and Mental Capacity).
? Determine Care Act eligibility thresholds.
About You:
? Qualified Social Worker with at least 4 years of experience in adult social care.
? Experienced in strength-based approaches to support individuals.
? Strong ability to identify presenting problems early and offer effective interventions.
? Prefer working in fast-paced, short-term intervention teams.
? IT proficient - experience using Mosaic is desirable.
