Change Management Expert - Dams & Hydropower

Institutional Strengthening - Pakistan

Our client has recently signed contract for Institutional Assessment and Reforms Consultancy for major development in Pakistan within Dams and Hydropower.

For this project they are seeking highly experienced Change Management Expert to support an institutional strengthening project in Pakistan. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing asset management, and driving strategic reforms in the Dams and Hydropower sector.

Project Overview

The objective of this consultancy is to conduct a thorough analysis of existing power house operations, covering all key technical, operational, and management aspects. The assessment will identify current strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance. This analysis will lay the foundation for critical reform initiatives to improve efficiency, sustainability, and resilience in hydropower asset management.

The Change Management Expert

Criteria/ Qualification:

• Should have a Master's degree or equivalent in Change Management, Organizational Development, Management, or a relevant field from an accredited university or recognized institution.
• A Ph.D. in a related field will be given additional weightage.
• The candidate should have overall experience of 20 years.
• The candidate should have at least 15 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field, preferably in the public sector
• minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position as a Change

Location & Compensation

• Location: Lahore, Pakistan
• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
