Architect For In-House Role at Prime London Developers

Central London
Permanent position, 5 days in office/on site

If you are a ARB Architect with experience working on London listed buildings, with strong writing and communication skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing in-house team working on some of London's most prestigious Grade I and Grade II listed buildings.

The team are looking for a Conservation Architect (ideally accredited) who excels at heritage research, report writing, and liaising with councils, heritage bodies, and clients. This role is more about strategy and advocacy than drawing, making a strong case for heritage significance and planning applications.

* Accredited (ideally) Conservation Architect with London-listed building experience.
* Strong writing & research skills - comfortable with heritage statements, planning arguments, and liaising with local boroughs.
* Experience working with London councils, heritage bodies, and high-end developments.
* Comfortable representing the developer's interests in planning discussions.

About the Company & Projects
* Employer: Small but growing London developer (office in Central London, well connected on tube lines).
* Projects: High-profile Grade I-listed buildings across London, including a prestigious row of townhouse conversion.
* Collaboration: Working with top heritage consultancies, architects, and planners.
* Interviews will be, first stage over video interview and then second stage in person at the main project site to discuss more details and the project at hand.
