Title: Retrofit Assessor
Salary: £40k-50k + Travel Expenses
Location: Covering SE London
Our client is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy firm at the forefront of the domestic retrofit market. A purpose driven team of nearly 200 staff, our client has been the gold standard of consultancy services for over 45 years. They have grown significantly and have ambitious plans for the future - now they are actively seeking a Retrofit Assessor who is able to travel around London to expand their offering to clients.
The Role:
You will be expected to conduct in-home surveys that assess the energy efficiency of a property, and then provide solutions on how this can be improved. This will be territorial work and will involve travelling. Our client will provide you with leads for work and you will aim to complete 2/3 surveys per day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertake on site energy assessments and retrofit assessments as required.
* Drawing up accurate floor plans of each property and submitting in-line with retrofit compliance.
* Produce energy performance reports.
* Make recommendations based on assessment findings, liaising with Retrofit Coordinators and designers.
* Completion of all relevant paperwork, including the daily upload of surveys, including pictures and floor plans.
* Undertake all works within remit.
You would be a good fit for the company if the following applies to you:
Qualified Retrofit Assessor with active experience.
Experience working under ECO4 scheme
Experience of completing EPCs & Tech Surveys
Experience of completing multiple measures in ECO including ASHP and Solar.
Fully flexible to travel
You can complete an average of 2-3 surveys a day
