We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Building Solutions team based in Aldermaston, Berkshire.
Location: Aldermaston, Berkshire - on site
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Building Solutions team, supporting them in delivering projects across the UK Defence portfolio, where your role will be key to ensuring projects are safely delivered on time and to budget whilst achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction..
Your day to day will include:
- Managing the site and ensuring the work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality by effectively organising and managing the site activities
- Supporting the business in building and operating a team to achieve company objectives by assisting the Senior Management in the formulation of contractual strategies and ensuring that such strategies are implemented
- Carrying out ‘toolbox talks' in line with the work areas programme and maintain records
- Monitoring reportable accidents and ensure correct paperwork is submitted to appropriate personnel
- Identifying the need for Risk Assessments / Safe Systems of work and implement in your area whilst maintaining records
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:
- You are a holder of a Full driving licence
- Previous Site Management experience is essential
- You have a proven track record in successfully managing a project
- You have extensive leadership skills (management of employees)
