Cleaner

We're looking for a Cleaner to join our facilities management team based at Barton-under-Needwood Police in Burton-Upon-Trent, Staffordshire. 

Location: Burton-Upon-Trent, Staffordshire. 

Contract: Permanent, part time – 3 hours per week – Tuesday & Friday 

Responsibilities 

As Cleaner, you'll be working within the facilities management team, supporting them in maintaining hygiene levels at Barton-under-Needwood Police. 

Your day to day will include: 

• Cleaning duties within the commercial areas, making sure all areas are clean and tidy, 

• Cleaning surfaces, floor areas, wastage disposal and bathrooms, working in line with COSHH guidelines,  

• Ensuring any pest issues are reported to senior staff members as soon as possible. 

What are we looking for? 

This role of Cleaner is great for you if: 

• You have previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school, office, or commercial building, 

• Understand health and safety at work guidance, 

• You can prioritise your workload to cover the high-risk areas of cleaning first.
