You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, managing a global team, and driving process improvements. Additionally, you will own the Production Management tech stack, ensuring its efficient use across teams to align with business needs., * Lead the delivery of publishing projects, ensuring production, quality, and productivity standards are met.

• Manage a global team, including Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and an offshore Project Coordination team.
• Oversee resource planning, budget allocation, and forecasting for upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with technology and content strategies.
• Own the implementation and development of production technology tools, ensuring efficiency and clear communication.
• Influence stakeholders across multiple departments to drive consensus and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Identify risks and implement effective solutions to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Oversee reporting on project progress, KPIs, and financials, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
