Occupational Therapist - Aids & Adaptations (Wolverhampton)

Rate: £34-£36 per hour
Hours: 27 hours per week (days and times to be discussed at interview)
Location: Wolverhampton

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Independent Living Service in Wolverhampton. This role is ideal for a field-based OT with expertise in aids and adaptations, supporting individuals with complex health and social care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for individuals with complex health and social care conditions.
• Recommend and facilitate aids, adaptations, and equipment to support independent living.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, agencies, and service providers.
• Ensure interventions align with The Care Act and promote independence.

Requirements:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience in aids and adaptations assessments
• Strong understanding of complex health and social care needs
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
