Job Description
Brookstreet UK Ltd are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our client's team on a permanent basis, located in Mallusk
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs and servicing of client and competitor equipment, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient operations.
This role involves working on a fair on-call rota with other engineers and utilising a company van for business purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance and Servicing: Conduct repairs and servicing of client and competitor equipment as requested.
- Equipment Installation and Exchange: Install, collect, and exchange equipment when required, including movement of competitor equipment.
- Product Cleaning and Turnaround Servicing: Perform product cleaning in accordance with the company's infection control policy and manage turnaround servicing of all products.
- Documentation and Administration: Accurately record and maintain necessary paperwork and administrative documentation, ensuring timely submission to the relevant departments.
- On-Call Rota: Participate in a fair on-call rota with other engineers to provide 24/7 support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work on a rota basis, including on-call shifts.
- Strong ability to manage paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and management.
