Job type: Full-time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm, office based not hybrid
Salary: Circa £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

This is an exciting new opportunity to work for a well established, independent company who work with niche brands. You will be working within a modern office with a strong team spirit where collaboration is encouraged.

This role offers progression and a promotion to Department Manager, which will include overall management of the Office & Planning operation within the business. Please only apply if you are genuinely looking for progression and growth within a role.

Role requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A high level of administration and customer service skills essential
- Previous experience within a manufacturing/production/ distribution industry or similar required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Within this role you will be required to:
- Oversee the daily management of the sales orders, planning and production
- Monitor performance and provide support to the production staff
- Handle customer account management and enquiries
- Manage and resolve production issues
- Determine material, equipment, labour requirements
- Manage and develop production schedules
