? Pay Rate: £37 per hour

Overview:
Camden Council is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their MASH Team, providing high-quality social work services to children and families. This role involves working with legislation and regulations under the Childrens Act 2004, Every Child Matters, and other relevant child protection laws.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Progress Initial Referrals from professionals and the public, ensuring compliance with strict timescales.
?? Collate and Analyse Information from a range of sources to support decision-making.
?? Communicate Effectively with partner agencies and family members to gather information and discuss child protection concerns.
?? Handle Sensitive Information appropriately and work within confidentiality guidelines.
?? Assess and Make Decisions about child protection, ensuring alignment with Camdens ethos of getting it right the first time.
?? Provide Expert Advice on child protection concerns and be the first point of contact for families when concerns arise.

What We're Looking For:
? Qualified Social Worker (SWE registered)
? Strong experience working within MASH or child protection settings
? Ability to work effectively under pressure and within strict timescales
? Excellent communication skills for working with both families and professionals
? Knowledge of child protection laws and multi-agency working protocols
? Strong decision-making abilities to act quickly and confidently
