Part-Time Duty Occupational Therapist - Wolverhampton

Rate: £36.00 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
Location: Wolverhampton

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for a Part-Time Duty Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic team in Wolverhampton. This role involves providing high-quality Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to support adults, children, carers, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments.
Deliver a holistic and enabling OT service, enhancing functional ability and well-being.
Work collaboratively with agencies, providers, and health colleagues to ensure effective and complex interventions.
Apply The Care Act principles to support independence and long-term needs.
Work flexibly to ensure both short- and long-term support is provided.
Requirements:
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
Experience in complex case management
Strong understanding of The Care Act and its application
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
