Looking for your next career step? We're hiring Assembly Operatives in Thame (OX9), offering a chance to move from a temporary to permanent role in just 6 weeks!

Shift Options:

• Early Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Thurs), 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Fri) - £23,180 Salary
• Late Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Mon-Thurs), 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Fri) - £26,000 Salary

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components
• Following detailed instructions and blueprints for high-quality assembly
• Ensuring proper storage and identification of components
• Keeping accurate production records
• Collaborating with Team Leaders for smooth workflow
• Offering suggestions to improve efficiency and safety

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong IT skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Prior experience in assembly or mechanical tasks
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
