Job Title: Hub Advisor (Brent Hubs)

Location: Brent Hubs Sites (Wembley, Willesden, Harlesden, Kilburn, Kingsbury)
Working Arrangements: In-person across various Brent Hub locations (Not suitable for working from home)

Job Purpose:

The role of the Support Worker is to provide tailored support for vulnerable individuals accessing the Brent Hubs, ensuring their specific needs are met. This role requires a holistic approach, helping connect individuals with in-depth advice and additional support from hub partners or other external agencies when needed. The position will focus on assessing and delivering a range of support and advice services to local residents, ensuring access to critical services.

Key Responsibilities:

Holistic Support Delivery:

Provide tailored support to vulnerable people accessing the Brent Hubs.
Assist individuals in navigating available services and connect them to partner organizations or external agencies when necessary.
Advice and Support:

Deliver expert advice and support in areas including Housing, Council Tax, Benefits, Financial Inclusion, Employment, and Skills.
Accurately assess individuals entitlement to various local and governmental services.
Support individuals in completing necessary applications and understanding their rights and entitlements.
Community Engagement:

Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for local residents accessing the hub services.
Work closely with other hub partners and external agencies to ensure the effective delivery of services and support.
Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of service users and interactions in line with organizational guidelines.
Monitor the outcomes of the support provided and contribute to service improvements.
