Qualified Adults Social Worker | Transforming Care / Learning Disabilities Team | Brixton, South London

  • Qualified Adults Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join a Transforming Care / Learning Disabilities team
  • Hybrid working
  • Office base: South London
  • You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well at least 2 years Learning Disability team experience
  • Pay rate £34ph
  • Interviews to happen ASAP!!

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.

The Transforming Care team work with adults with severe learning disability and/or autism. Care Act assessments and reviews, care and support planning, mental capacity act assessments, adult safeguarding, community deprivation of liberty and deprivation of liberty applications form the bulk of the core work.

The role is hybrid, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office with possibility of home working on other days.
