Urgent Hiring: Dam Expert - Pakistan (Institutional Strengthening)
We are seeking an experienced Dam Expert for an institutional strengthening project in Pakistan. This is a key opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative aimed at improving operational efficiency and driving strategic reforms in the hydropower sector.
Project Scope
The objective of this consultancy is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of current operations across various activities. The assessment will identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, forming the foundation for upcoming reform initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Dam Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred.
- 20+ years of overall experience.
- 15+ years of expertise in dam engineering, including design, construction, and operations.
- 5+ years in a senior management role (e.g., Dam Manager or a similar position).
