Accounts Trainee

Butler Rose, Public Practice, are delighted to be supporting our client, a highly reputable and well-established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Dudley that are keen to appoint a Trainee Accountant to complement the existing team

Role Requirements -

• Draft preparation of year end financial statements under FRS102-1A and FRS105 for a diverse range of clients including LTD Co., sole traders and partnerships
• Computations for corporation tax (CT600) and submission to the HMRC
• Quarterly VAT returns for clients
• Management accounts reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Support on audit-based assignments as and when required by the partners

Person Requirements -

• At least 1+ years' experience within practice performing a range of accounting duties
• AAT qualified or active later stage studier and /or studying towards the ACCA
• Experience of using accounting software packages ideally to include IRIS, XERO, Quickbooks and Sage
