Social Worker - Children with Disabilities (CWD) Location: Hull City Council Pay Rate: £35 per hour (umbrella) Contract: Full-time
Eden Brown Synergy is excited to announce a £35 per hour opportunity with Hull City Council's Children with Disabilities team. We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker who can bring their expertise to this specialized service while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with disabilities and their families.
Working within this specialist team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and support to children with disabilities and their families. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring these vulnerable young people receive appropriate care, support, and opportunities to achieve their full potential.
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Experience working with children with disabilities
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks
- Strong assessment and care planning skills
- Multi-agency working experience
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
