Personal Assistant to Directors - Maternity Cover
Aztec West | Hybrid (2 days WFH)
1 Year Contract
Full-Time | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | 4/5 days per week (flexible)
£16.50 per hour (PAYE)
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Directors and wider team during a busy maternity cover period. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries for Directors and the wider team
- Schedule meetings, book rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements (including international trips)
- Organise events, accommodation, and interviews
- Handle daily scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth workflows
- Escort visitors and support with field visits
- Set up meetings and manage logistics for the team
- Act as the go-to person for day-to-day support needs
- Ensure accurate and efficient document management and classification
- Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience managing complex diaries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent French is beneficial but not essential
