Job Description

I am Hiring a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Lead. In this role, you will manage and optimise our CRM and Business Central (BC) systems, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives. You'll be responsible for customising, implementing, and maintaining the system, as well as supporting cross-functional teams in leveraging CRM to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM & BC Management: Oversee CRM functionalists including Lead-Opportunity Management, Job costing, and financial project billing.
• Customization & Configuration: Customise work flows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and reports to fit business needs.
• Data Integration & Migration: Lead data migration and integration efforts between CRM, ERP, and other platforms.
• Analytic & Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Microsoft Power Platform: Use Power Automate and Power Apps to automate processes and create custom applications.
• Process Optimisation: Assess and improve business processes through CRM & BC solutions.
• User Support & Adoption: Provide end-user support, training, and ensure effective system adoption.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar Dynamics 365 CRM role.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
• Team-Oriented: A collaborative approach to working with different departments and teams.
