Job Description
My Public Sector Client based in Stoke-on-Trent, is looking for Administrators to support one of their departments. This is a temporary assignment, paying £11.59, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm for 37.00 hours a week, for roughly 6 months. This role is fully onsite, with the potential for hybrid working in the future.
This role will require you to assist with responding to a range of correspondence, processing applications and updating case file notes for their London Court of Protection regarding Power of Attorney applications.
Full training for this role will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and confidence to complete your role successfully.
Previous experience with an administrative post is essential, together with the below skills:
Skills required -
- Highly organised, self-starter and well-motivated
- Able to prioritise workload and adapt to changeable deadlines
- Good communications in both written and verbal form
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders and customers over the phone (where necessary) and by email and letters
- Have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and are able to apply high levels of attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of MS applications including SharePoint and OneNote.
Please be aware that this role will require a DBS and three years referencing.
