Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner, Social Worker, or Community Nurse to join the BeeU Core Community Mental Health Team in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assess and provide therapeutic interventions to children and young people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
✅ Manage a caseload, developing care plans and implementing interventions.
✅ Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans.
✅ Work collaboratively with social workers, schools, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
✅ Deliver interventions in line with NICE guidelines and mental health frameworks.
✅ Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and service development.
