? Pay Rate: £37 p/h

Join Enfields Childrens Locality Team!
Enfield Council is seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join their Children's Locality Team. This role requires a practitioner with at least three years of experience in local authority children's social care.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Independent Case Management

Manage a varied caseload, including complex and challenging cases.
Adapt approaches to address complex or unusual situations, ensuring effective risk management.
?? Safeguarding & Risk Assessment

Conduct statutory children's social work assessments.
Identify and manage risk effectively.
Develop and lead on plans for children requiring longer-term support.
?? Collaborative Working

Work closely with families, partner agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams to provide effective interventions.
Attend court proceedings, case conferences, and multi-agency meetings as required.
About You:
? Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered).
? At least three years experience in local authority Children's Social Care.
? Proven ability to work independently and manage a complex caseload.
? Strong knowledge of child protection, safeguarding, and risk assessment.
? Ability to adapt practice to meet the needs of diverse and complex cases.
