About the Role

Butler Rose is partnering with a well-established, medium-sized chartered accountancy firm in Beaconsfield to recruit an Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior. If you're studying towards your ACA (Professional Stage, with 6-7 exams remaining) and want to gain hands-on experience with a diverse client base, this is the perfect opportunity.

In this role, you'll assist with larger assignments, manage smaller projects, and mentor junior team members, all within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support seniors and manage smaller assignments, providing feedback and guidance to junior team members
• Build client relationships and assist with planning
• Continue ACA study and meet training milestones
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

About You:

• Experience in Audit & Accounts within practice
• Studying towards ACA (Professional Stage) - 6-7 exams remaining
• Strong technical skills in audit and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing tasks and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
