Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation and upgrade of ERP systems. You will manage project time lines, budgets, teams, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ERP project lifecycle from planning to post-implementation.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverable with stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, business, vendors).
Manage risks, issues, and project budgets.
Oversee testing, training, and change management efforts.
Provide regular status updates and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field. PMP or similar certification preferred.
5+ years of ERP project management experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
Preferred:
Experience with ERP migrations or upgrades.
Knowledge of system integration's and data migration.
