We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a time-served Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Supply Chain and Manufacturing team at Shieldhall!

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of site assets to ensure optimal performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and play a key role in the success of our team., * Lead problem-solving efforts to address electrical system issues and improve asset reliability.

  • Mentor the team on electrical systems, best practices, and safety standards.

  • Collaborate closely with operations, CAPEX, and maintenance teams to drive performance, improvement, and efficiency.

  • Ensure that all requested maintenance tasks are delivered with minimal disruption to production.

  • Lead the availability of necessary spare parts in line with the weekly/daily asset care delivery plan.

  • Use SAP-PM (our Computerised Maintenance Management System) to raise, update, and track all maintenance tasks as per the asset care delivery plan.

This role will allow you to contribute significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations while ensuring the continued reliability of our electrical systems.

Health and safety compliance is key, and you will be at the forefront of making sure this is supervised alongside ensuring both site and personal KPI's are achieved.

Shifts

As a Weekend Electrical Engineer, you will work a total of 38 hours per week working double day shifts, alternating weekly,

  • Week 1, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Week 2, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
