The key word in this Divisional Support Administrator job title is 'support' as you will be supporting the divisional senior leadership team (SLT) so they can focus on leading the division effectively. The division, Education Operations, consists of around 400 people. You will support our team, division and SLT to minimise distractions from processing multiple overlapping exam series.

As part of the Professional Support Unit, you are supervised by the Support Manager on day-to-day proceedings but will have responsibility in the arrangement of your own workload and variation to the daily routine.

On behalf of Cambridge International Education, you contribute to mitigate security risk to the business by meticulously managing staff access requests.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships and being the pivotal hub for internal and external queries of all variety either to resolve, refer for solution, or share knowledge with colleagues to keep them informed of corporate developments.
  • Organising, prioritising, and handling time-sensitive confidential information; keep and retrieve records.
  • Attending and taking ownership of the admin around senior level meetings to ensure accurate recording and progress., Please note that successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory background checks including DBS due to working in a regulated industry.
