? Pay Rate: £32 p/h
? Full-Time | Hybrid Working Available

Join Thurrock's Adult Safeguarding Team!
We are looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the Adult Safeguarding Team in Thurrock. This role involves carrying out Section 42 enquiries, risk assessments, and working with key stakeholders to safeguard vulnerable adults in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Safeguarding & Risk Management:

Undertake Section 42 Enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014.
Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and protective factors to safeguard adults.
Work with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes.
?? Assessment & Intervention:

Complete Care Act assessments and support planning.
Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) and Best Interest Decisions (BIA).
Develop risk management plans and support adults at risk of harm.
?? Multi-Agency Working:

Collaborate with health professionals, police, housing, and community services.
Participate in safeguarding meetings and strategy discussions.
About You:
? Qualified Social Worker (QSW) registered with Social Work England.
? Experience in adult safeguarding, Section 42 enquiries & risk assessments.
? Strong understanding of Care Act 2014, MCA 2005, and DoLS.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
