Careers Software Asset Analyst

As a Software Asset Analyst, you will have a vital role in managing our software estate. You will be responsible for the control of software assets throughout their entire lifecycle; this entails managing requests for new software, ensuring compliance, asset inventories, usage and disposal, and looking at ways to maximise value and optimise the total cost of ownership., * To ensure we maximise our software estate you will manage the following:

• Acquisition, allocation, renewal and retirement activities.
• Identify opportunities for optimisation through retrieval and re-deployment.
• Asset support and maintenance contracts are successfully managed through the renewals process.
• Work with Application Owners, Suppliers & Procurement to maximise investments. Create effective license positions and carry out internal audits to ensure compliance.
