The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting service users sustaining tenancy
- Referring service users to relevant services
- Offering move on skills to tenants
- Assisting service users become more integrated into the community
- Travelling around various accommodations
- Offering benefit and welfare advice
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience is a relevant role
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car
- Enhanced DBS
