Job Description

Notice Period : Immediate / 30 days

Job Description :

  • Troubleshoot issues across the housing database, integrator, the NEC console and the mobile app.
  • Liaise with the support team to provide clear details of their findings.
  • Raise defects if they identify an issue with the software.
  • Ensure lessons learned are documented to avoid future occurrences.
  •  Write scripts to help with investigations and also to clear down customer data, where required
  • Debug high quality software using Java Spring Boot
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Business Analysts and Product Owners to resolve requirements gaps and conflicts.
  • Support developed software within agreed service level targets and quality objectives
  • Work effectively in the team
  • Provide technical support, guidance and inspiration to other members of the team.
  • Promptly escalate issues which cause personal or team development to fall outside of agreed quality or timescale tolerances and to actively contribute to their resolution.
  • Pro-actively suggest and implement agreed process improvements that enhance the performance, productivity.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes that enhance the performance and quality of personal and team deliverables.
