Role

As a Private Travel Manager you will be responsible for providing a personalised approach to travel planning for a select group of our high-end clientele. You will be the go-to person for your clients and will be responsible for nurturing the relationship, retaining business, and executing all travel requirements with finesse.

Additionally, you will be responsible to inspire your clients' travels, support them with when to take trips through consistent communication and delivering high-quality, inspiring holiday plans, quotations, and experiences that are personalised to them and stand out from the rest of the market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Introduce the Audley Private Concierge concept to existing and new clients

  • Build a 360 view of your clients based around lifestyle, expectations, and travel preferences

  • Take full ownership of all aspects of selling and booking your clients trips, including written and verbal quotations and holiday documentation
  • Work with Audley's hand selected Country Specialists to capture local specialism in each trip to ensure it exceeds expectations
  • Work with the Product team to source gaps in the Audley portfolio needed to meet your client's requirements
  • Ensure that all client facing documentation is specific to the client and personalised appropriately

Audley Travel operates a 7-day week experience for our clients. Working with us, you can expect the majority of your time to be worked between the hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Please note, this role will require flexibility, within reason, with regards to timings and locations to best suit client requests (for example travelling to take a client out to dinner in London).
