Technical Administrator – Ambergate Onsite - £31,745 to £37,347

About the role
Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to make a real difference in a supportive, fast-paced environment? 

We are looking for Technical Administrator with excellent organisational and time management skills who can confidently manage multiple priorities. You should be a strong communicator, able to adapt your approach for different audiences, and a reliable team player. A solid understanding of business systems, high computer literacy, and prior experience in a similar role are essential.
What You’ll need
You will maintain accurate records, manage office systems, and provide support throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-construction, live-construction, and post-construction activities. 
 
You will handle enquiries from internal and external parties, liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and lead times, and organise meetings.

The role also involves managing and uploading project documents to platforms such as CRM/Control Hub, as well as supporting equipment allocation to projects in collaboration with the maintenance team.
 
You will be working onsite in Ambergate 5 days a week.

If you have experience in the utilities industry, that’s a plus, but most important is your ability to stay organised, think ahead, and communicate clearly.
